More workshop info
This workshop is designed around sharing and teaching in-field techniques honed over years of experience with bird photography. We will discuss and demonstrate a variety of approaches that can be combined to control variables and create the perfect setting for each bird.
You will learn to create the perfect setting with essential components including balance, composition, and form resulting in beautiful and intentional images. Time in this workshop belongs to you. We will focus on your needs to ensure that I answer all of your questions and exceed your expectations.
This private or small group workshop can be scheduled anytime throughout the year. We will take advantage of the species that are available during the chosen time.
Participants will have use of a private blind from which to photograph the birds. This is an extremely comfortable blind with plenty of room for up to two clients to photograph at the same time. This is a great opportunity to practice and hone your skills at bird photography.
Due to the small size of the subjects, a lens of at least 300 mm it is recommended. For those who do not own a long lens, the use of one can be arranged at additional cost.
